Around here we call them “Jacks Ribs” though typically they have been well known as Country Style Pork Ribs. They have been elementary to griddle as well as a good recipe to have upon palm if we need a discerning as well as easy dish from off a BBQ grill. ooh pork ribs, i have a special recipe, in the fire, put a black forest ham and maybe some bones left over that are clean. thesmoke from the fire that has a bone and ham in it adds the 2% deliciousness on to any thing you cok on the grill.

we’ll use a pilsner or lite beer sometimes so as not to overpower the sauce in many of our Q’s. The darker the beer, the stronger the effect it has for sure. Experiment. -BBQ Pit Boys

there is alsorts of stuff in beer that makes it real good. i’m not a pro but i used beer every time i cook meat i use this recipe all the time they killed for the super abowl

Just made this recipe last night, amazing. Nothing like BBQin mid-winter in Chicago! With a fresh case of beer that is.
