How To Make Barbecue Sauce, Barbeque Sauce or BBQ Sauce
March 11th, 2009 Posted in Sauce Recipe Video
In this video Tiedyeman shows how to have homemade barbeque sauce or BBQ sauce or grill sauce. How ever we spell it, we contend it has a Q in it, though my computer’s spell checker says it’s spelled with a C instead of a Q. That doesn’t demeanour right to me, as well as if it doesn’t have a Q afterwards because is a shortening BBQ? Anyways, this is a in progress video not a abbreviation lesson. Watch a video, try it during home. Most store paid for BBQ sauce has as well most nasty old wine in it. YUCK! That’s what encouraged me to …

Nice sauce Tiedyeman. I’m gonna try it next time I smoke some pulled pork.
Not going to add liquid smoke because I usually get good smoke infusion from cooking and don’t want to over power.
Only thing else I would do different is I usually blast Allman Brothers, Marshall Tucker or Johnny Winter while I’m BBQ’ing
Great video and thanks for sharing!

no it really would not have been smart because that is the point of bbq sauce you have to do it by eye or it wont work rite its just one of those things

right you are the only thing you really NEED to measure anything for is when you are baking…most cooks dont measure..and thats great advice “dont be afraid to experiment” when your cooking because thats how great recipes are made…trial and error..trial and error

You can order liquid smoke online. If you can’t get it, try using 1/2 teaspoon dark roast coffee grounds and a touch of savory.

I don’t measure stuff when I cook, measuring is for people that don’t know what they’re doing! How’s that for smart? Here’s the list of approximately how much I used:
1 (12 to 15 oz.) can of tomato sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed chili peppers
You can substitute honey for brown sugar if you want. Don’t be afraid to experiment and make it your own.
